BILLING POLICY

HOURS

We require any cancellations to be made 24 hours in advance. During busy seasons, there will be a $10 per day room fee charged for any cancellation not provided in advance. This will also include early pick up. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Canines: The State of Louisiana requires that you provide documented proof of current Rabies vaccination. We also require documented proof of DHLP, Influenza and Bordetella vaccinations for your pet to stay at our facility.  


Felines: The State of Louisiana requires that you provide documented proof of current Rabies vaccination. We also require documented proof of FVRCP & Feline Bordetella vaccinations for your feline to stay with us.


Out of state guests must provide contact information for home veterinarian's office along with current health record.


In addition to these vaccinations, all pets must be flea and tick free. Any pets found to have fleas will be bathed and treated at owner's expense, including any vet bill that may be required.   


VACCINATION POLICY

​​All animals must be on a leash, in a carrier or held when entering and exiting the facility.  



Lobby Hours:      7:30am - 5:30pm Monday thru Friday, closed from Noon - 1pm for lunch

                       8:00am - Noon and 4:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday

                       4:00pm - 6:00pm Sunday 

                                                       

 

Closed for the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Day    

A full staff is available on these days and pets still receive daily care and love. These holidays are only closed to check in and check out of guests and additional costs apply. Please see billing policy for further information.

  


We require that all balances are paid in full upon check out.


Invoices are calculated based on drop off times, days of stay and pick up times. 


We only bill half days when applicable based on drop off/pick up times.


Late fees apply when check in or check out occurs outside of lobby hours and prior notice is appreciated.


Boarding during closed holidays will result in an additional $15 flat fee per invoice to cover extra pet treats.


Daycare is billed by the day and multiple days may be purchased for a discounted rate. Days purchased do not have to be used consecutively and they will never expire.
